French Negroni

5 CL ST RAPHAËL RED
1.5 CL GENTIAN 
1.5 CL GIN

1. In an Old Fashioned glass with a couple of ice cubes :
2. Pour 5 cl of St Raphaël Red.
3. Add 1.5 cl of Gentian, followed by 1.5 cl of gin.
4. Stir and garnish with a twist of orange.
